Joe Vangeli

Joe joined the Hofman Team in 2001. As a Safety and Health Technician, Joe has provided industrial hygiene monitoring services specifically tailored to meet client needs. He is experienced in air sampling, noise monitoring, lock out/tag out, asbestos inspections, and general and site-specific safety training.

Prior to joining Hofman Safety, Joe completed a twenty year career as a district level Operations Manager in the U.S. Army Medical Department responsible for the supervision, training, and safety of select military units at 14 Department of Defense installations located throughout the Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware tri-state area. Joe also worked as a Senior Technical Instructor and Senior Research Technician in the U.S. Army Medical Department Research and Development Command where he trained basic and advanced level technicians on laboratory sampling and analysis techniques related to the study of disease processes on human physiology. He also supervised personnel, coordinated safety activities, and managed resources used in support of military medical research protocols.

Joe holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies/Theology from Trinity College & Seminary (2004). His other credentials include:
